What types of investigation do you manage?

Are all your investigators licensed professionals?

No. At present, there is no requirement to register as an Investigator in the UK. However, all investigators have previous experience within Policing and comply with all applicable UK laws. We are registered with professional bodies and carry relevent insurances.

Are your investigations carried out legally?

Yes. All investigative activity is conducted in strict accordance with UK Law. We never use unlawful methods and any evidence is gathered in a way that it is legally admissible in Court if required.

How do I start a new investigation?

Simply contact us to book your free and confidential initial consultation. An investigation will not commence until the client is happy and has signed a contract instructing us to proceed. We are typically able to commence an investigation at short notice.

What is the typical timeframe for results?

As the majority of investigations are different in nature, there isn't a general timeframe for results. However, we will provide full updates of an ongoing investigation to the client as per the agreed contract.

How is my personal information protected?

Any information provided by the client is kept on secure online files in line with our obligations under the Data Protection Act. We are registered with the ICO and will never share a clients personal information unless instructed by them to do so.

Is everything I tell you kept confidential?

In most cases, absolutely. Anything that you disclose will be kept in the strictest confidence. However, there are important exceptions whereby the law either requires or strongly justifies disclosure. The main distinctions are where a client discloses:

Previously committed, ongoing or future crimes;

Planned acts of Terrorism;

Child abuse, safeguarding or matters pertaining to the protection of life & limb.

How much does an investigation cost?

Costs vary and are dependent upon the nature and complexity of the investigation. We will provide a transparent, fixed-fee quotation to our clients following our initial consultation. Any additional costs as part of an ongoing investigation will be discussed and agreed with the client as necessary. Our initial consultation is free and carries no obligation on either party to undertake or instruct an investigation.

Are your surveillance techniques legally compliant?

Yes. Every technique we use is legally and ethically compliant.

Is the evidence you gather admissible in Court?

Yes. All evidential reports are complied to a high standard and are suitable for use in any legal proceedings, whether required for criminal, civil or family Court matters, litigation or employment tribunals. We will advise on this during the initial consultation phase.

Do you operate throughout the UK?

Yes. An investigation can require nationwide coverage. We are based in East Sussex and undertake investigations primarily in the South East Counties and Greater London, although we are happy to undertake investigations throughout the UK.

I'm not sure if I require an investigation - Can you advise?

Yes. This is the purpose of our free consultation. We will listen to your issue and provide an honest assessment of whether an investigation is the correct course of action and evaluate whether it would be realistically successful. You would be under no obligation to proceed based upon this initial assessment.
